Carol Purcell’s love of working with seniors inspired her to return to senior care after 12 years in sales management and interior decorating. She joined Kensington Cottages as a Resident Caregiver, and was quickly promoted to Lead Care Manager, Interim Cottage Director and Director of Community Relations. In this role, Carol combined her sales background with her compassion for the elderly.
In 2002, Carol joined English Rose Suites, she says, because of the reputation and vision of Jayne Clairmont. “Jayne’s passion inspires everybody to contribute to the vision,” Carol says. “We are continuously working to better ourselves for our residents, for our families, for our communities.”
Carol’s decades of experience in management and attention to detail have helped the English Rose Suites team set the gold standard for exceptional and dignified memory care. As a member of the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers, she continues her education and development.
In her free time, Carol puts her passion for interior design into renovating and leasing homes with her husband (which, she jokes, makes HGTV her favorite channel.) She also enjoys spending time with her four children and two grandchildren.
