As English Rose Suite's Office Manager, Carol combines her strong administrative skills with her experience in long term care.

Carol began her career as a nursing home Activity Assistant in Plainview, MN and eventually transitioned to Administrative Assistant; a position she held for many years. After her tenure in Plainview, she became Unit Manager of the southeastern Minnesota region for a Texas based home decorating company. there, she led a sales team of over forty people and received the company's national recognition for top sales performances for nine years, placing her in the top 2% of their representatives.

Carols interests remained focused on healthcare. She joined the Kensington Cottages staff as a Resident Caregiver and advanced to Lead Care Manager and Interim Cottage Director. Sunrise Assisted Living purchased Kensington and Purcell was subsequently promoted to Director of Community Relations where she combined her sales background with her compassion for the elderly.

Utilizing her administrative talents while still having the ability to serve senior adults, Carol joined English Rose Suites staff in 2002.
