Vice President of Operations

As Administrator at English Rose Suites, Vicki brings tremendous expertise, passion and skill to her position.

As a caregiver on the Karrington/Sunrise Senior Living Campus in Rochester Minnesota, Vicki gained vital experience with aging, dementia and Alzheimer's. As a Cottage Director, she was able to take this experience and share it with her team of caregivers. She was responsible not only for the needs of her residents and staff, but those of the family members as well. Vicki was also keenly aware that the quality of care was directly related to attitude and team work and therefore she placed a great deal of emphasis on creating a positive, healthy, nurturing work environment.

Vicki became the Director of Community Relations for the Karrington/Sunrise Senior Living Campus. Her belief in outreach, networking and community support, expanded the roles of Sunrise Senior Living and created strong partnerships. These relationships with the local health care providers, county social services and the Mayo Clinic not only enhanced corporate structure but, most importantly, increased access for families in need.

Vicki was promoted to Executive Director of Sunrise Senior Living Campus. She assumed this position on an interim basis in May 2001 and guided the program through a very difficult and divisive situation.

As Administrator since 2002, Vicki's direct hands on approach regarding resident care,  caregiver team building, open communication and strong family communication along with leadership guidance, makes her an inspiration to all.
