Learning is a Way of Life at English Rose Suites

The staff at English Rose Suites are well trained! New staff receive a minimum of 55 hours of classroom and direct care orientation before they are able to work independently with our residents. In addition, our staff receive continuing education and training on a monthly basis on the most up-to-date information. Additionally, the staff participate in mandatory annual competency training.
English Rose Suites designed Pathways for Growth and Learning, a custom designed learning model for our caregivers. It has been designed to incorporate innovative practices that impact quality of care through program design that enhances the employment relationship between English Rose Suites residents, management and caregivers. This learning model encompasses a focus of learning focused on the individual employee.
We encourage our staff to take a leadership role in developing their interests, aptitudes, skill and knowledge by participating in program offerings.
