- Occupancy & quiet enjoyment of your furnished & professionally decorated suite

- Occasional guest meals
- Scheduled local vehicle transportation as may be provided for all residents of English Rose Suites for residential activities

- Access to and use of fully furnished and professionally decorated common areas, including kitchen, dining room, living room, porch and decks
